2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking

All orders include standard tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment's progress.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

REBBAJPLANNER ships internationally from our fulfillment center. For orders delivered outside Morocco, please be aware that:

• Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
• We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply.
• Customs processing may also add additional delays to your delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs or import inspections
• Postal or courier service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
• Natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@rebbajplanner.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rebbajplanner.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rebbajplanner.com with:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
