For orders delivered outside Morocco, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country's authorities. We are not responsible for any delays or charges resulting from customs inspections.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

7.2 Non-Returnable Items
